Enquiry messages are sent by email using Maileroo, an email delivery service we use to transmit the message from the website to our inbox. Maileroo processes the message solely for delivery.

We take reasonable security measures to protect enquiry information in transit and while handling it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.
What not to submit
Please do not include passwords, payment card details, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive information in an enquiry. If we need additional details later, we will ask for them through a more appropriate channel.
